The hotel's location is great, close to the river and the centre of town but quiet enough to leave the windows open. The rooms are very spacious with plenty of room to walk around and a good-sized bathroom with a good shower. The breakfast was very good, with a lot of food and nicely decorated.
All was fine, no major issues.

The hotel's location is superb, situated very closely to the market square, and all the attractions of the old town are within a walking distance. The room was spacious and comfortable while the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a diverse range of food items for guests to choose from.
The staff could have been more hospitable and attentive to our needs.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was perfect as it was close to the Old Town center and all the sights were nearby. The room was big, clean, and equipped with all the necessary facilities such as tea/coffee maker. The breakfast was delicious and had a huge variety. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We had very good breakfasts.
The breakfast had a great selection of food, including different eggs, meats, and cheese. Location: the hotel was close to the airport in the morning, the city center and Museum of Gingerbread and Torun has to offer. We ordered lunch at Sznyt na Winklu, located an easy walk to the venue.

Exceptional comfort, location, and cuisine. The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, just one street away from the beautiful Wisła river and its scenic walking pathway. As a runner, this was heaven for me, and I even had the opportunity to go fishing with permission. The hotel's lack of a direct view to the main streets made it blissfully quiet. The cuisine at the hotel restaurant offered a wide variety of international, vegetarian, and traditional Polish dishes to choose from.
